Our leadership team has worked together for more than a decade in the advanced manufacturing industry. Along the way, we’ve had the opportunity to learn under mentors who challenged us to think critically about how manufacturing businesses should be built, operated, and scaled.
Those experiences helped shape the foundation of Prime Line Manufacturing. We focus on strong processes, practical problem solving, and continuous improvement to build a company that delivers reliable results and grows alongside our customers’ needs.
Our Team
Joseph Sinclair — President & Co-Founder
Joseph brings a strong technical background to Prime Line Manufacturing. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in Additive Manufacturing & Design from Penn State University. His education, research experience, and operations know-how on the shop floor provide deep expertise in advanced manufacturing processes and complex engineering applications.
At Prime Line, Joe focuses on technical problem solving, manufacturing process development, and helping customers navigate challenging design and production requirements.
Christian Joest — Business Development & Co-Founder
Christian has spent his career working in and around the manufacturing industry. He began working in his family’s business at the age of 16, learning the fundamentals of manufacturing operations from the ground up.
Over the past decade, Christian has focused on sales, business development, and customer relationships within the manufacturing sector. His experience working directly with customers allows Prime Line Manufacturing to take a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to every project.
