Primeline Manufacturing was founded with a simple goal: to be more than a traditional machine shop. Our team supports projects ranging from early-stage prototypes to repeat production runs. By combining precision CNC machining with advanced additive manufacturing capabilities, we help companies develop and manufacture components that meet demanding technical requirements. Leadership

Joseph Sinclair — Co-Founder

Joseph Sinclair brings a strong technical background to Primeline Manufacturing. He holds master’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, and Mechanical Engineering from Penn State. His education and research experience provide deep expertise in advanced manufacturing processes and complex engineering applications.

Joseph focuses on technical problem solving, manufacturing process development, and helping customers navigate challenging design and production requirements.

Christian Joest — Co-Founder

Christian Joest has spent his career working in and around the manufacturing industry. He began working in his family’s business at the age of 16, learning the fundamentals of manufacturing operations from the ground up.

Over the past decade, Christian has focused on sales, business development, and customer relationships within the manufacturing sector. His experience working directly with customers allows Primeline Manufacturing to take a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to every project.
